Nurse's Page October, 2010 Dear Parent/Guardian, We are pleased to announce that SAU #48 has received approval by the New Hampshire State Immunization Program to hold voluntary school wide clinics this fall working towards the prevention of the spread of the influenza virus (Flu). The New Hampshire Immunization Program has contracted with Mollen Immunization Clinics LLC to provide vaccinations, clinic personnel and cover the costs for these clinics. All school based clinics will be available to all children at no cost. A special grant, insurance companies and Healthy Kids will be charged for administering the vaccine. Registration form and permission form may be accessed on your child’s school web page and downloaded. If you choose to register on=-line make sure you have your child bring their printed registration form to school prior to your school’s clinic day. If you have further questions please don’t hesitate to contact your local school nurse. Watch for further information on your school’s web page for dates and times for school clinics.
